Barto commissioned by Indoek to photograph surfer Karina Petroni at her home in the Bahamas for their book Surf Checks Vol. 1

Barto located a batch of single use cameras and put them in the hands of himself and each of the ladies. What ensued was a flurry of frames capturing their week long escapades. Hundreds of images were taken and an impromptu pitch to Playboy landed 46 of them published on their website.
